  • Enter as a partial listing in MLS *TC can enter MLS Listing Input form into MLS as a partial listing IF Listing Agent adds TC to their MLS Account as their assistant.* (Agent will review and make live)

  • Create office file for brokerage

  • Upload photos and any additional documents in MLS partial listing

  • Order sellers home warranty (if requested)

  • Pre open escrow (if requested)
